Counsellor Job Qualifications • Minimum age 18 years old • Certification or experience in sport(s) of choice • Current First aid certificate/CPR certificate • Previous experience in a diversified environment (camp has International clientele) • Criminal Record Check required Experience required • Minimum 2 years residential camp experience either as a camper or staff member • Proven ability in area of athletic expertise - preference with aquatic sport • Previous leadership and mentoring role • Organizational skills and time management skills • Good communication skills both written and oral
