Nike Cross Country Camp at Elmhurst University

The Nike Cross Country Camp at Elmhurst University offers middle & high school XC runners the opportunity to learn and develop as a more competitive XC runner. A combination of distance and speed training, along with drills that work on improving running mechanics and efficiency, are utilized to help each runner prepare for his or her upcoming XC season.
